Annie Pace is a London based architect designing and delivering sustainable residential and community projects as Pace Studio.

The ambition of the studio is to craft space, light and materials to make beautiful and effective buildings in which to enjoy life, with low environmental impact.
Working with developers, homeowners and other stakeholders, Annie has experience of gaining planning consents for challenging projects across the country, in high density, urban contexts, as well as rural settings. The studio explores the historic, vernacular and spatial surroundings to ensure that the design responses are appropriate while also maximising the development potential of a site or building.

Annie is an accredited Passivhaus Designer and takes a holistic approach to low energy design through an intelligent use of materials and construction process and reusing structures when possible.
